Hey guys!! Its been a while since we’ve done anything on the blog, we’re so excited to be back! We all love new workout gear, it makes the biggest difference in the motivation I have. Nike has always been my shoe of choice in every sport I have participated in; basketball, running, and training! My new pair of Nikes, the nike frees TR5, is so light and comfortable, a must for me with the growing baby.. if its not comfortable I just can’t get myself to wear them! The TR5′s give the athlete a weightless and natural wear, similar to being barefoot. I absolutely love the way mine look and feel!
NIKE has this really cool new 30 Day Training Challenge ! The challenge allows you to try any Nike Free Shoe for 30 days, go for a run outside, hike, train in the gym.. if you’re not happy after the 30 days you can return the shoe with a full refund!
